The LEVISORT project, led by the Immunomics team at CIPHE, has been selected for funding under the 2025 Research Call of Région Sud, with co-funding from AMIDEX.

As part of this initiative, LeviCell EOS, a cutting-edge device using magnetic levitation to sort live, label-free cells without air pressure, will be acquired. This technology enables unprecedented precision in studying rare and fragile cells in both health and disease contexts.
With this equipment, CIPHE teams and their regional partners will be able to explore transcriptomics, metabolism, and cell function at the single-cell level, opening new avenues in immunology, oncology, infectiology, and neuroscience.
LEVISORT reinforces CIPHE’s role as a platform of excellence in health and preclinical research and enhances the scientific visibility of the Région Sud.
